The Institute of Health Visiting (iHV) and Western Sydney University (WSU) have collaborated over a number of years primarily through research and the development of maternal and child health programmes, most notably the Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH) model. The iHV Senior Research Lead, Dr Sharin Baldwin, is an Adjunct Fellow in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University, working closely with Professor Lynn Kemp to support research and evaluation of the MECSH model in the UK.
