Dr Sharin Baldwin is Senior Health Visitor Research Lead at iHV. A trained nurse, midwife and health visitor, she has over 28 years’ NHS experience including senior leadership, professional development and clinical academic roles. She completed her PhD through a NIHR Clinical Doctoral Fellowship, becoming the first UK health visitor to receive this award, and led the New Dad Study (NEST). She led Phases 1 and 2 of the ADBB study and currently co-leads an NIHR national evaluation of the MECSH programme. Sharin is an adjunct Research Fellow at Western Sydney University and Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Kent. Sharin is also the Executive Producer of the award-winning iHV film on father's mental health - 'Invisible'.
