The Institute of Health Visiting (iHV) was commissioned by Kindred Squared to develop a programme to support health visiting practitioner's work promoting infant brain development. Based on Kindred Squared's original Secondary Education Early Neurodevelopment (SEEN) programme, the programme's content and design were refined to better suit the needs of the health visiting workforce and families with babies and young children. The iHV worked with families, frontline practitioners and experts to co-produce the content and ensure it was ‘fit for purpose’. The award-winning instructional design company, Eggu, developed the engaging e-learning package, and in partnership with the iHV project team, the Ready to Relate team and Working Academy in Bradford, the new app was developed.
