Victoria is a qualified health visitor. Before joining the iHV, she was part of the team who implemented the UNICEF-UK Baby Friendly initiative in the Oxfordshire health visiting service. Her paediatric nursing background is cardiology and respiratory. She uses this expertise in the Neonatal Families, Respiratory Health, and Healthy Weight Healthy Nutrition programmes, and was a key part of the team who won the Nursing Times Award for the Community of Research Practice Champion Programme. She leads on our membership activities which include our Health Visitor Advisory Forum (HVAF), special interest groups, networks and Insights webinars. She is also involved in many projects covering a wide range of public health topics.
