Vicky is a paediatric nurse and health visitor with 40 years of experience working in healthcare. She has held a wide variety of strategic posts in public health, community nursing and higher education settings.
As Director of Innovation and Research at the iHV, she leads a wide portfolio of projects, training, quality improvement services and collaborative research to enhance health visiting practice. Vicky has extensive professional expertise - including expertise in leadership, change management, sector-led improvement and the co-production of training and resources to enhance health visiting practice.
