Gemma works across both the iHV Marcomms team and Innovation & Research team. Her background is in marketing, with a degree in Leisure Management and Marketing from Portsmouth University, eight years at an integrated marketing agency, and six years as Marketing Manager at a magazine publishing house.

Gemma’s key responsibilities include digital marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns and website updates, as well as promoting iHV membership, training, iHV conferences and member benefit events. Gemma also supports the Innovation & Research team with project administration and proofreading.
