Louisa is a Health Visitor Research Associate at the iHV, having joined the organisation in 2022. A registered midwife, health visitor and nurse prescriber, she qualified as a health visitor in 2013 and has experience in clinical practice, research and higher education. She completed her PhD exploring the experiences and support needs of multiple birth families. Louisa supports the research activity of the Innovation and Research Team, with particular interests in addressing health inequalities, trauma-attuned care, and improving outcomes through evidence-based health visiting and early intervention
